Struct AudityStateRouteRule

One sparse transition rule (rules, never a matrix): from/to match a row NAME, a GROUP tag, or empty = Any. Highest specificity wins (exact > group > Any, both ends summed); ties go to list order. A matching commit fires the rule’s own output pin at the boundary. Bridge additionally suppresses the destination’s entry - its body chains from the rule content.
