Struct AudityOutPointSettings

A one-shot release marker for a sample: when a WavePlayer’s Stop pin fires on a voice that hasn’t yet reached this position, the voice jumps to it with a crossfade instead of fading out where it stands - the abandoned continuation keeps playing (fading to silence) while the voice resumes past the marker (fading in), so Stop always lands on the authored tail. A voice already past the marker is left to fade out normally. Independent of DarkEffekt.Audity.AudityLoopSettings: applies to one-shots as well as loops (loop mode is cleared on jump, since the marker’s tail plays straight through to the clip end).

Declaration
[Serializable]
public struct AudityOutPointSettings
Declaration
public bool enabled

True = a Stop CUTS with a declick fade instead of jumping to the tail. The Tail Start keeps its structural roles (chain hand-off, tail visibility) either way - this only opts the sample out of the stop-jump behavior. Default false = “Jump to Tail” on (the editor shows the inverted toggle).

Declaration
public bool cutOnStop

0 = clip end (the sentinel DarkEffekt.Audity.AudityLoopSettings.endSamples uses) - a fresh out point sits at the end until dragged.

Declaration
public long positionSamples
Declaration
[Min(0)]
public float crossfadeSeconds

Rate-stamped like DarkEffekt.Audity.AudityLoopSettings.authoredFrequency.

Declaration
public int authoredFrequency

Resolves DarkEffekt.Audity.AudityOutPointSettings.positionSamples onto the clip’s CURRENT rate and clamps into the clip. 0 = clip end.

Declaration
public void ResolveFrames(int clipFrequency, long clipFrames, out long positionFrames)
Type Name
System.Int32 clipFrequency
System.Int64 clipFrames
System.Int64 positionFrames
