Class AnsiInputEncoder

Input events as the bytes a VT or xterm host expects, following the modes the host set on the emulator: the keyboard modes, bracketed paste, and the mouse tracking mode and encoding. A locked keyboard (KAM) drops typed input, and local echo (SRM off) shows it on the emulator as well as sending it. Key releases and focus changes have no encoding and are dropped.
