Support and bug reports

Discord or support@darkeffekt.com. There is no public issue tracker. Useful in a report:

• Unity version, Audity version, target platform.
• Expected behavior and actual behavior.
• The smallest graph or scene that reproduces it.
• Console output or Player log.

Anything you send us in a report is covered by the privacy policy. Strip secrets and personal data from logs before attaching them.

Security

support@darkeffekt.com, not Discord. Allow a reasonable window to fix the problem before publishing. Good-faith research within the limits set out in our terms will not be treated as a breach of them.

Privacy requests

contact@darkeffekt.com for what we hold, a copy of it, or deletion. Write from the address you want us to look up, or tell us which one; we need to know the request is yours before acting on it. See the privacy policy.
